| 12 | So.... it worked?There's a great book on these called Weapons of Math Destruction. The issues with these is as developers you can never truly make an unbiased AI or program to choose the best applicants. There are many examples of these programs that try to be fair and end up still being unfair like before because of poor assumptions. People believe that developers who makes these programs and AI are unbiased and/or are extremely smart.
