Move to a big city. Find a place online, or roommates, and get a job at a restaurant. Develop a social circle around that while you pursue administrative jobs. A biology degree is no joke at least, it's not a liberal arts degree and someone with one at least can't be a total schmuck. More job opportunities in the bigger cities and even if you start as a bar back a few nights a week at a bar or restaurant and start doing data entry during the day, you'll establish yourself and work towards someth…

I had them too.. Badly. It's gynecomastia, and nothing short of surgery will completely rid you of them I'm 30 now..my story- From about 14 on I was know as "boob", and even went to the dr., who assured me they would go away. But then I started to get an attitude from her of "I'm using this" and eve…

How has your 5/3/1 experience been over the long run. After lifting for a while I switched to 5/3/1 and make great gains of the first 6 months, then started to plateau on my weights..at first it worked and I was keeping up adding the 10lb to my max every 4 weeks which was amazing..and at some point my body could not do the required rep range/weight (about 7 months in) Ate at a slight bulk, about 250-500 calories over a day
