That most certainly isn't a fair outcome and we don't know for sure if he's going to get a share of her assets which he most certainly isn't entitled to. They both aren't entitled to each others assets now that their marriage is over and given that they both are well capable of working and earning for themselves. Only their kids are.

It has nothing to do with trust but everything to do with wanting to protect your assets especially when you know that the courts can snatch them from you.

A lot of the times the person you get married to is not the same person you get divorced from. People grow apart, people change, people cheat. That doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to protect their assets. His mother would've have had the foresight to see things given how her son was only in his early 20s and wouldn't have had the maturity to get married in the first place.

Why wouldn't he hide his money? What else is he supposed to do? Get a prenup like you said? Judges rule out prenups a lot and it can't be contested. He found a loophole in the system and she got played legally. She didn't do her due diligence.

It could've come from their bad experiences with the men they've dated. They probably had to deal with men who probably came off as horny perverts who thought of women as sex objects hence their possible disregard for the opposite sex.

She should've checked where his earnings were going before agreeing to marry him. How can you be married for 3 years and be completely unaware of where 80% of your spouse's income is going? I guess the concept of accountability is something you don't understand.

Nah that only makes it worse. They are so enamored by their victim status that their minds are filled with venom against men. Engage with them and they're gonna hate you, don't engage with them and they're still gonna hate you. For your own peace of mind, ignorance is bliss. The more the number of people who don't give them any attention, the better the world will be.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
