5	Get'n Pussy Get'n Gains at the Same Damn Time! Well I was benching 180 in high school. So muscle memory was definitely a factor. Although my deadlift and squat had improved and arms are definitely bigger. I hit the gym 4 days a week and focus mostly on the main compound lifts as well as targeting arm muscles (lets face it, Im vain and want big arms).
