It might be harder but it is not impossible to put on muscles without steroids; takes time and dedication tho. Otherwise it will be a bit on the thin/weak side...yes it can be lean but, I prefer not to look like, for example, Neil Magny. To kinda stick with the same sport - athletic 6'4" guys would be Anthony Smith or Dominick Reyes. Jon Jones is definitely on PEDs.
