I'm a man, and my best friend is a man. I told him about the support I get from this sub, and he immediately said it was misogynistic because of the name.

I went to a gasoline station that had a men's restroom and a women's restroom. Each restroom was a single toilet room with a lock on the door. The men's room was out of order, so I asked for the key to the women's room. They refused me even though only one person at a time could enter.

It's even harder for male victims of SA because if you report it, then most men and some women ask what is wrong with the victim because he didn't like it.

I don't care if I go to jail; I will always defend myself whether I'm hit by a man or woman. Self-defense is a basic human right.

Women like to say those things about themselves. As men, we don't have to say what we already know about ourselves even though they like to constantly tear us down.

Also, our screwed up society encourage female sexual expressions while society says that male sexuality is dirty and evil. Have you noticed that all demons in movies and TV are built like Greek gods with big bulges in their pants? Popular media reinforces the idea of male sexuality being bad.

Women thrive on attention. I like to look good, but I don't have to pay a lot of money for an Oxford shirt from Saks or Neiman Marcus when I can catch a great sale from Macy's or JCPenney. I also don't buy clothes because 'everyone has seen me in that '. As men we want to look presentable. Women want all eyes on themselves when they walk into a room. Yet, when a man wants to tweak his appearance, they have the nerve to call him vain.

You make an excellent point. There also needs to be more men in nursing. When I had my first heart cath, the room was full of men. My genitals were exposed for a while so the doctor could clean my groin with Betadyne, but the experience was not unlike being in the locker room at the gym. I didn't actually feel exposed unlike when I was being shaved for the procedure. There was no need for three women to shave me. They kept picking up my penis and moving it around to make sure that they got every…

I learned in my college sociology class that women who committed the same crime as men got a much lighter sentence than men, if they get any punishment at all.

I was a late bloomer. I didn't go through puberty until the 8th grade. I remember being dick shamed in the 7th grade locker room. Why do people shame others for something that is beyond anyone's control? If I could choose, I would have a dick that is a foot long with a 6" circumference. But, I have no choice, nor does any other man. Therefore, why the shaming and humiliation?

I know, but they are having an impossible time trying to hide that fact now. America is now a fusion fascist oligarchy state.

I agree. They want to be treated as equal until it comes to the tough stuff. I read about one woman who went AWOL from a foreign deployment because she said that she was worried about her kids. She had left her kids with her parents who she said were good parents to her which is why she left her kids with them. The army said that they wouldn't press charges. Can you imagine a man getting away with that? They say they are equal, but they demand special privileges..

You are right. He has a cabinet with more billionaires than any administration in the history of America. We are now ruled by an oligarchy.

I strongly believe in men's rights and I am a solid Democrat. Also, I'm not young. I will be 64 next month.

The age of consent is 16 in 38 states. Even if she was 17 it would have been legal in most states.

Male rape is a terrible trauma whether you are 7 or 70. Try to see a professional, preferably one who works with SA victims. Sex at any age is either traumatic or wonderful depending on if it's consensual or rape. Two children experimenting consensually will grow up and smile at the childhood memory. A bigger kid can rape a smaller kid, and it will be a childhood trauma. The same is true with adults. Post again and give us an update on what happens when you get a therapist.

I heard the same thing about a 5 year old boy in kindergarten. Yet, little girls do the same thing to boys and people ignore it.

They jealously guard that victim role, and they refuse to acknowledge that men can be victims because of them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
