The focus of these parties was around the BBQ and whatever games we came up with (usually cards against humanity). And bro I'd say it was a complete success, no drama happened or anything and I'd dare say we even garnered a small amount of reputation for throwing good parties. We never invited the "hot girls" or the "party dude bros" so that probably did the…

Bro nice read, really. I remember when I was a kid and I asked my mother (PHD and biochemist, dropped her career to take care of my siblings and I) if she wished that she had had some daughters as well. (I have no sisters). My mother told me that she was glad because she "didnt want to deal with girl problems". that line has always stuck with me, even though she never really defined that statement.

What gets it for me is that her first inscint after finding out about her BF's money is to sneakily post about it on social media and considering TAKING HIM TO COURT to take as much of it as possible. She must really love this guy. I'm impressed by how humble this dude is honestly

Personally, I always considered people to say that they are not having kids "to do their part for overpopulation / enviorment" were so full of BS. Because of first of all, that. But second of all, it always ticked me off because in order to "contribute" to overpopulation, you need to have THREE children. Having just one child still ends up with a net decrease of humans. (-1) and two children ends up with no actual change. So I always figured that their reason was to make themselves look better t…

this is a pretty silly addition, but in CK2 dudes get cucked all the time so you might be onto something there.

Yes, World at War taught young me plenty about the final days of WW2. It also drove me online to research more because learning about the existence of the Battle of Berlin blew my mind at the time
