She pretty casually put it out there that she raped a dude to lose her virginity and was shocked to find out people called her out for it. I guess the dude up the chain meant the powertrip of being a pornstar and casually telling you are a rapist thinking its fine since she’s a woman.

Just trying to refuse agency and trying to not take responsibility is trying to use pp. If the roles were reversed this would never work.

There was an interview posted with her in prison higher up in the comments which made it pretty clear that she lied and also knew the victim was going to be murdered before hand.

Well not illegal but usually even a consensual relationship between staff and student need to be disclosed even when there is no influence over the student and usually relationships between students and teachers who have a direct influnece over the student are prohibited by the schools rules of conduct. And that is what this should be and have been, not a criminal case I guess I phrased it wrong in my og comment.

Because she has an authority position over him is why it should be illegal, but treating a 17 as a child is fucking stupid.

I do concur that this should be way differently illegal (teacher on student, abuse of power/authority and so on...) but 17 year shouldn't be considered a child. 16 is a way more reasonable as it is in here but, she should be prosecuted just as same as any man would be in this situation since it is what the law is. I doubt there would be many calling for sympathy were the roles reversed.

A well done steak means absolutely no red in it and is a little charred. A high quality cut of meat used in a restaurant like that will be quite thick not very wide because of the quality of the cuts used. So if you order a steak well done in a place like that then that is what you get, no red and char on it. They give you all the info in the menu, what type of cut and what meat it is, if you even then want a well done steak then that is on the person that ordered it. Also if they were that disa…

Because its the customers prerogative how they want the meat done. A well done steak means a little charred piece of meat that shows absolutely no redness inside of it. They didn't "burn it out of spite", they cooked it like a well done steak is done. A piece of meat that is a fine steak meat is usually thick, not wide because of the cuts that make finest steaks. So if you order a big steak well done in a high standard restaurant, that is how it will come out because that is what the customer or…

I don't think there was a chase, in the beginning it is pretty clear he jumps in trough the window and probably was able to make her stop. She just probably hit a tree or something.

To prove a false arrest you would need to prove that there was no crime committed. You can't merely arrest people on suspicion of a crime but in California penal code it is very clearly written that you can make a citizens arrest if you believe the person has committed a felony, which GTA is in California if its done with the attempt to permanently take the vehicle.

She steals the car and then tries to cry her way out of being detained by the store owner.

Well actually that part you can do, and that is what he is hoping to prove. He needs to prove in court that her mother had control over her to make her accuse him falsely and his lawyers weren't able to do that in NY, there were also some question does the court hold power over her in NY so he needed to file it again in Tennessee (where I guess she lives then).

Sorry, my bad, you are absolutely right. The case against her mother for defamation got thrown out in NY but he filed a new one and it is still active in Tennessee. There was some article saying it was a single case but apparently he has filed cases against Keshas lawyer, mother and her for defamation and all of those are still active, one just got thrown out in NY.

He lost and the case got thrown out it was reported quite a lot around the same time she was told she can't break her contract.

Action is after 0:20 mark, she goes sticking her nose smack middle of an arrest and then pulls out the pussypass after getting shoved away. She also claims the arrest was an assault, even after she hit him in the back of the head, lol.

How much does affirmative action weigh in on things like education and isn't that pretty patronizing? I saw one article where two white dudes failed the fireman test and then put down black and passed, were working for years before found out. I would feel pretty fucking patronized if I got into a school with a lower grade because I was assumed less intelligent.

That dude is losing assets by the hour and I wouldn't be surprised if he got taken down for good in coming years. FBI is on his shady businesses and he has been ordered to pay already around 20 million. They are broke, a judge also forced him to negotiate a sum to pay back the pensions his firm swindled. He has been trying to make quick cash since 2013 by liquefying assets, including a 8,5 million home.
