3	SMV increase leading to higher quantity but not higher quality. Physical fitness is a prerequisite. It’s a necessary condition, not a sufficient one. How’s your game? 1	Is that math correct? I’ve been a personal trainer for 2 years now and I can tell you that everyone underestimated their body fat. By a lot usually.
