Why are you navigating up it. It's like asking why crawling through sewer slime will make you slimy.

Why don't you just read them?

This is actually horrible advice. Never pull a gatsby, just escalate and if you get rejected move on. Anything else is a waste of your resources.

Because it requires change

Least resistance is by definition optimisation. Less risk and conflict leads to higher survival chance. But TRP shows that taking high risk high reward is beneficial because modern western society is comparatively harmless compared to the past.

I don't understand why random women reply to random comments with statements that didn't happen. Nobody said women can't be storytellers its that the majority of women have no interesting stories to tell because they lead contentless lives.

That's a cool story bro but what does it have to do with this sub?

Abortion actually has complex ethical arguments on both sides and isn't as simple as "mother's right vs abortion is murder."

I would say just to go elsewhere and stop being dependent on a group of people with questionable loyalty.

Keeping up with the diet and hitting the gym regularly. Keeping up with lacrosse and boxing and getting more practice in till the end of the week. Almost finished reading the rational male in 3 days and getting into the charisma myth. Relationships wise I'm trying to salvage a potential plate (failed some shit tests while drunk) but I'm seeing her Saturday night. Apart from that I'm going out on a big one tonight and meeting new people. I'm also considering getting some good pics for tinder/bumb…

Thanks for the advice. I'm wondering though currently I'm doing 5x5, should I switch it out or add high volume at the end? Also, would 170 lean be better for smv than bulking at this point because visible muscles are great for kino?

I'm 6ft2, 207 but about 24%bf , should I plan in cutting for a month or two or just bulk? Right now my diet has a serious calorie deficit so I'm just looking for an outside perspective. Edit: forgot to say I'm 20 and also doing 2 sports at uni (boxing and lacrosse). My current routine is 5x5 about 4-5 times a week. Although I'm getting kind of decent at it (squat pb 100kg) I'm getting the feeling I should change routines. Not sure how efficient my current plan is for smv increase.

Morality aside it's not worth the effort unless you get off hard on this sort of thing. I'm biased because I've been on the receiving end and it comes from cowards that refuse to fight direct and 1o1.

It's an older more general education term but kind of. You need to constantly practice fundamentals even when you become more advanced

That's just shitty low value behaviour. It's never appropriate or justifiable to try and humiliate someone. Morally for one thing and if you don't care about that it's also blue pill ultra

People make disparaging comments in order to make themselves feel better. Once you realise this you can understand that the content of what they say actually matters very little.

It's also possible to meditate whilst lying on your back, as part of some forms of yoga. Give it a try.

I think this is way too risk averse. I'm still kind of a beginner yet pretty much all of my social success comes from going out. Almost everyone in my wider circle is settled which defeats the point of this.
