Right now my diet has a serious calorie deficit so I'm just looking for an outside perspective. Edit: forgot to say I'm 20 and also doing 2 sports at uni (boxing and lacrosse). My current routine is 5x5 about 4-5 times a week. Although I'm getting kind of decent at it (squat pb 100kg) I'm getting the feeling I should change routines.
