She didn't take that, likely because she was being petty and didn't want to compensate you. I wanted something in exchange as well, and was told that wasn't practical. You think your divorce is over but GALs can come into play and judges sometimes revisit. Looking petty is unwise, and family courts take a dim view of refusing things that cost you nothing and benefit your kids. From your post history: A few things helped me in the asset split.
