Very true statement about female nature and well written. Directing her passion isn’t a way I’ve heard it described before. They are followers and hunger for leadership, preferably from a man. Ask a girl how she likes her female boss. I clearly remember the day I realized my wife was a follower. I then eventually realized she needed a leader to be happy. Women will hate you if you make them lead.
