In my experience there is almost nothing except for online groups. I also live in a small town and no one knows or understands what MGTOW is. And those few that do know are SJW or feminist and hate me for it. Perhaps it's different for others but I heard it's worse in cities like toronto than small towns.

I'm in Ontario but it is very illegal to track people without their knowledge or consent. And to add as a cherry on top my father is a lawyer and knows about illegal tracking.
