Yeah, there's a lot of racism. Did you see what happened in Evergreen College? According to the definition it means “governed in an unfair and cruel way and prevented from having opportunities and freedom” So I’d go with women, since there are still men who try to control what their women are doing/dating/talking to because of their religion (Mormon, Islam, Christianity, etc) but I take it you’ll say men.
