I don't know about Australia but in the US military those basically allow you to not have to shave more than once a week or so to prevent serious skin irritation. This looks to be much more than that.

Where does it say in the article literallly anything about either of the claims made in the title of this post? Also FYI all service members get a single cosmetic surgery covered in full although most use it for vision corrective surgery. Why would you make this post just lying like this?

So what? The guy can't have an opinion? People aren't allowed to agree with it and upvote it? Also based on the username I would imagine it's a joke.
