| 21 | Why You Should Learn to Walk AwaySame here, I had already decided to walk away about a week ago. But this just reaffirms my decision. Had a few great dates with a girl, things started to really go somewhere we had gotten physical etc...Then she cancelled on 2 or 3 dates(i forget) I decided not to keep perusing it and leave the ball in her court. Takes the stress off me, and I don't appear needy. If she doesnt make an attempt to set something up then it was not meant to be | /r/seduction | 30/05/13 04:54 PM |
| 1 | Mid-30's, often tired from work, looking for advice generating the energy to go out more often.6-8 hours is an average recommendation. The half life for a healthy adult is 5.7 hours. If OP would have asked I would have been happy to offer more info. I just gave some educated info that works for me, And would work for the average healthy male. Are you saying that I should back every tip up with statical analysis and find out what would work perfectly for his build, sleep schedule, and needs? It was just friendly advice. | /r/seduction | 24/05/13 03:49 AM |
| 1 | Mid-30's, often tired from work, looking for advice generating the energy to go out more often.First of all I only drink coffee 5 days a week when I am at work. Second of all the benefits of drinking a cup of coffee 30-60 minutes before a workout are well documented in plenty of studies, google it. Third of all if I get plenty of sleep and feel well rested in the morning when I drink a cup at 4pm. I have never had a problem getting rest. I have however had a cup around 8 pm. | 1 | Mid-30's, often tired from work, looking for advice generating the energy to go out more often. It works for me. But yeah running does give you a boost in energy. Working out 4-5 days a week gives you a noticeable boost in energy. Caffeine does stay in your system for a while but after 5 hours or so most people an get a good nights rest. | /r/seduction | 24/05/13 03:00 AM |
| 4 | Mid-30's, often tired from work, looking for advice generating the energy to go out more often.Honestly, probably isnt the advice you are looking for but i stopped drinking coffee in the mornings. Now i have a cup ~ an hour before I go home from work. I just poured myself a cup before writing this. This should last me through my after work workout routine and the push to get ready and go out for the night. By the time i return home between 11 and 1am depending on how things are going the coffee has worn off. I mainly started doing this to make sure I'm not too lazy to work out after work,… | /r/seduction | 23/05/13 07:44 PM |
