A satirical post making fun of an actual misandrist post. Yeah, not adding anything at all.

Okay then. Explain in detail my position on the topic.

Exactly. I didn't say those words. You've been mad at something I didn't say. Congratulations... Take that strawman and throw it in the garbage. All I told you was my personal opinion based on the information I have about men's biological drive to protect women. If you disagree with my opinion I have no problems arguing with you about it. But keep to what's been said. I pick my words very carefully in an effort to not be misconstrued. With that said, do you still want to keep arguing against my …

At what point did I say that women are special enough to not fight in a war? I'm still waiting for a quote. If you actually read what I wrote I said that I dont want women (generally) to be conscripted and especially not the women in my life. In no way did I say that they are unfit for combat. Again, quote me or you admit that you're arguing a strawman.

True. I do. But it wasn't part of my train of thought

Did I say that? Quote me

Might be an unpopular opinion but, honestly, I don't want conscription for women. I want my women to be safe. Although, I do want conscription for feminists, on the front line. They're the ones advocating for gender equality so they should be forced to face the reality of that notion. Sadly, that's never going to happen. And even if it did, no man would lay down their lives to protect them let alone trust them with their own lives. Sidenote: I've heard some US marines complaining about women in …

I feel like that's the wrong attitude. Just because you hold some conservative value doesn't mean you can't hold any libertarian values. It's not a sport. I am a very centrist guy. But I don't hold any centrist values. What makes me centrist is how hard I lean in both directions. All directions have good and bad qualities and we should make an effort to dispel the bad ones and focus on the good ones, regardless of title.

I agree that men's rights aren't conservative issues per se. Even though they overlap at times. That's why, when you see these articles promoting female privileges, regardless of political affiliation, they get bashed on for doing so. It's not a logical conflict. Men's right is just mostly defended by the right, but not always.

They should. In history, some kings drafted themselves to stand with the people they're supposed to protect on the battlefield. What a world that was. Leaders actually putting themselves in danger for what they believed and fought for.

Irrelevant. Can you also quote me when I said that sports are bad analogs for reality? Be consistent here, please.

I didn't say that. I want kids to learn about violence so that they can understand what it means and what purpose it serves in reality and also what to do when you face it. Maybe if you had experienced a bit of rough and tumble play when you were a kid, you might have understood its purpose.

Okay, I'm not a doctor for adhd patients and you have never experienced violence. Maybe we both shut the fuck up about things we don't know anything about? hmmmmmm? "you can be rough in sports", do you have any clue what violence even means? And by the time children are old enough to be rough in sports, it's too late. Also it's not a good analog for real life! What rock are you living under? Do you only view the world through Hollywood movies?

You really have no idea how the world works! I told you, the source of ADHD is in the lack of rough and tumble play. And your solution? Do something completely different. Do you hear yourself? If it's so easy, you can stop all rapists by praying. Because that's the same effect it will have. You just told me that we should teach children not to be violent and rough and tumble play is the best teacher there is! Rough and tumble play is among the most important experiences a child can have and you …

Self-defense for example. You use violence to stop violence. Cops use violence to put violent people behind bars. The military use violence to fend of attacking foes. We constantly use violence where appropriate to fight the wrong kind of violence. We also use pepper spray to fend off rapists. Do you know why practically every creature on earth plays rough and tumble with their children? It's a part of learning. To know when to stop. What hurts and what doesn't. Children don't need less violence…

It doesn't surprise me at all. It actually explains a lot. I agree that violence should be as low as possible. But how do you plan on getting there without using violence? Do you even have a plan or are you just thinking nice thoughts? But since you haven't experienced any type of violence, it may surprise you that violence can be positive. So fighting all types of violence isn't necessarily good, it might actually have the opposite effect.

Because, regardless of what fantasy land you think we live in, this is reality where some people are violent. And the only way to fight violence at times is with violence. That why our police forces have something called "monopoly on violence". Because, if no one fights back against violence with violence, you're a sitting duck and violent people will abuse your passive behavior. A world without violence is impossible. The best way to fight it is with violence. How are you going to fight against…

In my hypothetical, your sex is irrelevant too. That was a given. We are simply two human beings. Isn't that the equality you're after? So, anyway. I never said what is or isn't allowed. All I did this entire time was to ask YOU what is or isn't allowed but every single time you dodged the question. If we are to live in a society together we need some rules. If a human attacks another human, the human being attacked is allowed to fight back in self-defense, regardless of gender, skin color, nati…

My sex is irrelevant to this hypothetical because we're talking about equality. Let's say you can't run because I'm holding you down. Let's also say there are no one around to help. Let's also say that if you fight back, you survive. If you don't fight, you don't survive. Would you fight back?

Fine miss Strawman, I'm going to change it for you. IF I hit you first, should you be allowed to fight back? Because according to you, right now, you should just lay there and take it because "being violent is stupid".
/r/MensRights30/11/21 07:01 PM

Come on. You can't honestly be this stupid?
/r/MensRights30/11/21 06:41 PM

I doubt that very much but sure. Let me mansplain the concept of a hypothetical to you since you obviously need a man to do so. A hypothetical question is a question, based on assumptions rather than facts, directed to a witness intended to elicit an opinion. Its like asking; What hogwarts house do you belong to? Or, what would you do if you only had 24 hours to live? See? Can you answer it now? IF you hit me first, am I or am I not allowed to hit you back? And since I'm asking the question, yes…

That wasn't my question. Again: IF you hit me, am I or am I not allowed to hit you? Its a hypothetical, sweetheart. It doesn't mean anyone should or shouldn't hit anyone.

Simple question, if you hit me first, am I or am I not allowed to hit you back?
/r/MensRights30/11/21 04:32 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
