Relevant TED by same author: http://www.ted.com/talks/zimchallenge?language=en This book recently popped up in a Norwegian press article and seems interesting. I've got a few ideas of my own on this specific topic after an interest in social dynamics and being a compute nerd myself for a few years. I'm not the kind that goes out every Saturday to go on the prowl for women. Average looking Joe with decent Tinder success and a new relationship which seems promising. I used to be insanely addicted …

I believe what he meant was read the sidebar and the resources mentioned in it. There are articles, books, posts etc which will explain abbreviations and concepts in great detail. It is highly urged(if not required) to read up on at least some of these resources before contributing with your own posts. SMV is a very commonly used abbreviation. You may have read the sidebar, but you have most certainly not read the resources if you are not familiar with this abbreviation. And no, I will not expla…

tl;dr(as I read it): It's ok to be beta and no need to hold frame. Women need to acknowledge this and adjust. Quite hilarious read ;)

Well then you shouldn't have a fear of rejection. Go for it. If it doesn't work, oh well move on :)

Because they're hot or because they got you by the heart? If hot, do some other girls and get back to these. The friend zone is a bitch but can be escaped. Just go for it and see what happens. Grab a kiss at a party or whatever. What's the worst that could happen. Rejection? If you have issues with that, you need to do more girls ;) Fear of rejection will lead to rejection.

You are most likely friend zoned. Especially with the mindset that you wanna fuck these two girls in particular. I'm sure they're stunning hot and you really want to, but I guarantee it is killing your game. Go out, get laid somewhere else first. Ignore them for a while. Then come back "out of nowhere" with a slightly more nonchalant attitude. Give it a go. Make a move. If it doesn't work, you must be prepared to go somewhere else. If they are surprised and step off, for god sake don't keep orbi…

Some people will have bad experiences as you do with teachers, doctors, store clerks, dentists etc etc etc. Some people will express this to pass fears of new such experiences on to others. People are different. Don't be afraid to try it and don't be afraid to change to a new counselor if you're not happy with the first one. Don't take it from random Internet guys like them or me for that matter. Try it. Worst case it didn't do it for you. I went through a pretty heavy period of depression. Uni …

It's not a simple answer. But I recommend that you do some red pill reading. Rational male Pook of Pook 48 laws of power No more Mr. Nice guy These books will give you a good insight to why TRP is what it is and what it works as well as why women don't communicate overtly like we'd often want them to do. This will help far more than any answer you get in a comment here.

TRP has no relation to religion. It's little more than observations of the state of intergender relationships and attempts at explanations as to why the state is what it is. It also provides suggestions as to how we can best benefit from this knowledge. Nothing more, nothing less.

These things will pass eventually. Focus on work, hobby, working out. Shake things up and do something with pals that takes your mind off things. Go out, test out your red pill frame and get laid. Read the red pill books on the sidebar as well. All of that should keep you quite busy.

Best engineers are lazy engineers. The reason is that they are ingenious in such a way that they avoid working. Come up with some method of automating parts of your job and you can easily use that time for other thing, or use it to advance up the ranks. Memorising won't get you through engineering. Understanding is much more important. But I worked very little for my exams because stuff quickly made sense to me. If I had put my self to work harder I would easily get mostly all As. With limited w…

Laziness at that level does not compute with RP mentality. You have completely missed the point of RP. It is not a pickup tactic. It's an explanation as to why these tactics work. It's an explanation of why your mentality will fail you. Of course drug dealers come off as winners. Danger and money = SMV. They don't provide safety so no shots for a decent LTR but they will get laid far more frequent than any of your pickup tricks will. Unless you manage to swap your baseline mentality and outlook …

Well, the original rule 34 (If it exists, there is porn of it) actually has an extension known as 34b(making the original a); If no porn is found at the moment, it will be made. Also referred to as rule 35. A natural extension is to name this new rule 34c.

I was unaware that this was a bad network to link to? Always been reading lifehacker, io9, kotaku etc which are on the same website network. Is it the network itself, or the linking in general? Any rules on this I've been missing? If so I am terribly sorry :(

That may work in the US, but the court system has not yet gone to those extremes in Norway for instance, nor (to my understanding) most of Europe. Small digression but for public information :) : You may win the case and the defendants have to take the posts down. But you will not get major reimbursements for defamation of character. Maybe a decent years salary if you're extremely lucky. But reimbursements are seldom made in the "millions of dollars"-ballpark unless there is severe physical trau…

The problem won't go away as much as you might hope. Hiding it on Google doesn't hide it from the world. These things will still be shared on twitter, facebook etc etc.

I never cease to be baffled by the lack of source criticism all over the internet. If someone says something, somewhere, it must be true! Regardless of where, context, username whatever. It seems to be a case of "If it's in the newspaper it must be true". The problem is that anyone can write in the newspaper these days. This means that if anyone wants to hurt your rep, you are screwed no matter what. Is there any way this can be fixed?

How can men in high social/celebrity positions possibly defend themselves from accusations such as this in a digital age? As stated in the article, such an accusation is much harder to brush off now than it was before.

I'm not too deep in to RP-literature yet, but I'm working on "Book of Pook" and "The Rational Male". The general consensus seems to be that an abundance of available women increases SMV. What I do believe they hit the mark with in this research is the following(from the abstract in the springer link in the story): Younger, presumably less experienced women had a greater tendency to mate copy compared with older women, but high SPMV did not predict greater levels of mate copying. From wikipedia: …

As an engineer working on my master I've grown fond of a scientific approach to pretty much everything. Including social dynamics, red pill etc. I find the number of surveys done on these things are interesting. It seems like a lot of scientists completely ignore the fact that most of our decisions are based on pure instincts, including these guys. A survey will never be accurate as an answer to these questions. Women (and men) do so many more actions than they are aware of using only instincts …
