We had a case in Finland where complaint from male about female harrassment was set aside (95% female department). 1	My transformation. Thank you Seddit. Making and keeping an eye contact is an act of confidense. You do not have to do it by staring, but by looking at the persons face. When you talk to them, look in the eye, check how THEY look at YOU. Then check for their facial expressions. Do they have smile lines, anything.
