Official source for gender paygap in usa is unadjusted, and its written there. It means they only count weekly pay, not counting worked hours. Adjusted is closer to 0,98 to 1.

In Poland it depends on usage. There are few certain loopholes, which for example allow using dashcams on cars. Technicly, you cant record specific person without it consent, but if someone comes to you while youre recording your Day (they basicly enter recorded view), this shouldnt be a major problem.
