There is a lot of risk, particularly for women, to buying a home and having children without marriage. Wouldn't the risk be 100% the man's if that's the case? She would get the kids 100% and probably the house 100% too, with marriage she might have to split them 50/50. I may be looking at it from the wrong angle. How do you mean that?

Hah! Indeed. Though I've found a lot of what makes women tick does seem to make logical sense from an evolutionary psychology point of view. Think in terms of groups instead of individuals, since they're weak and vulnerable. Try their absolute hardest to bang an alpha since he can protect her and her offspring will be strong, despite betas committing harder and easier and forgiving their misbehavior. It's clear to me now I forgot to carry the one, so to speak, and framed this WAY to narrowly. So…

That makes sense. Even male movie stars and pro athletes get divorce raped by bored wives.

Good point. I didn't consider than any of those "status cards" doesn't guarantee attraction.

Find your own happiness and validation away from women because as soon as you depend on a women for validation and happiness is the second you will start to lose that woman. No matter how long you are with a woman you should NEVER forget that. This belongs on the sidebar if it isn't already. So well said. Thanks dawg.

Do you remember the name of the researcher or title of the study where male/female infants react differently? That would be an interesting read. Crazy to think how hard society pushes the men/women are mentally identical and it's all conditioning.

It's beautiful to see people trying on traditional gender roles and finding it's part of living their best life.

Focus on success, not money For 99% percent of people money is success. Money is freedom and security, the best healthcare, food, and accommodations. Now I totally agree that working 80 hours a week will leave a man burned out and miserable. But too much advice people hear today is along the lines of - don't worry about money, focus on happiness. Money is a big fucking deal, when you're living paycheck to paycheck and your company downsizes. Or when you wake up one day in your mid-50's and reali…

They do things because they're supposed to, even when there's little to no chance of personal gain, because the pride they feel at being an honorable man drives them. They are the ideal beta males. They want to be caretakers for wives and families because they are supposed to and because fulfilling this honorable role, often at personal expense to themselves, gives them pride. Many less than honorable women are able to exploit this I feel sorry for these guys. I'll bet plenty of them are honest …

Anyone else notice how the New York Times doesn't allow comments for this article, while having them them for pretty much everything else? http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/2016/01/04/world/europe/ap-eu-germany-sex-assaults.html?_r=1

It might not have even been something you did, chicks just frequently loose interest in dudes. Let this be a lesson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAYBET6rmFo

Don't text her, she probably lost interest. Forget you ever met her, find another girl.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
