| 6 | Again, the media misspelling rape when a female rapesYes I know this, I’m also saying their definition is outdated and harmful. The same act committed by a man with his penis or a woman with some other type of object results in a different sentence. Sexual assault doesn’t carry a higher penalty, it has the option to give out a larger punishment. I would also say a different punishment would benefit men in the sense of sexual assault carrying a higher penalty.
