| 2 | Despite coverage in media, we don’t need tradwives. But we do need more women in construction and other manual labor jobs.As someone who works a physical job myself. We sadly have to be careful on who we hire for these positions. I agree more women need to be whiling to work these jobs. But there are some things men will always do better than women. Such as lifting really heavy things. So there has to be a balance so the guys don't end up having to do extra work to make up for the women.
