Yeah, you got their interest by being funny and not aggressive.

I think they just fixated on you for whatever superficial reasons. Once a woman is fixated, normal principles go out the window. When you're depressed are you irritable? That generally puts them off.

You have to actively look for and engage with them. They are not hustling like the energizer bunnies who will jump right in your face.

Be friends. Don't flirt except ironically. Enjoy her company. She may have single friends.

Nukes are expensive, don't waste them on low value targets. Just walk.

No, no app or service is worth paying for. The free versions are largely a waste of time too.

I don't know why you would want to mess around with religious girls or those under 25. I might be convinced to compromise on the latter, but I want nothing to do with the former.

If they are doing anything different, it's too subtle for me to notice. I dress nicer than most, but not lavishly. My car is a Honda Civic, and I don't want a more expensive yet less useful and reliable vehicle. My watch should be a giveaway, but it seems only a few people are paying attention.

You didn't punch out the second she disclosed she had a BF. Just pay your bill and leave. There is nothing there for you.

Hooking up with her would risk a nasty blow-up with her family. She would need to break with her family to even have a relationship with you outside of marriage. Marrying her is the only way to be with her and not set things on fire. Don't let your little head do the thinking.

I think it's completely tactless as a standard practice. It would only make sense as a rare expedient for when the tension is explosive, there are no other options, and there is a reasonable chance of no being interrupted (or it's so hot that you don't care).

Never pursue anyone that you're not genuinely attracted to. People are not for you to use to scratch an itch.

I would explain that such a request in this context is considered presumptuous and rude. I don't know if that practice is typical in Ukrainian culture, but this is not Ukraine.

Your relationship goals are problematic. While many men are open to casual sex with an attractive partner, real intimacy is reserved for a committed partner whom they have come to trust. Dating multiple men will also immediately shut down any emotional investment or sharing.

Beyond the obvious, be fun and easy to talk to. I think that one of major problems with our society and culture is that for many people dating is a miserable experience. We do it because it will supposedly lead to something good, but would otherwise never bother with it. If you are pleasant to date, men will want to date you. They may even fight.

I think what you're going through is a damn good reason for consider therapy. This is obviously screwing with your head and should not be allowed to persist.

It's jarring. We are not used to others explicitly expressing appreciation of us as people after we grow up. It's always about what we accomplished.

Meds generally do not "fix" depression and anxiety; They are considered to be effective if the patient's symptoms lessen. Often, additional therapies are needed to manage a patient's mental illness. Certain medications can also have negative psychological side effects such as emotional blunting and reduced libido.

You don't have to take the lead per say, but you should never underestimate how oblivious a man can be. You gotta throw the hook in front of the fish before it will bite.

You got it backwards. Look for men that interest you and engage with them. As long as they aren't gay or taken, your chances are good. What will handicap you is being passive. Men have lives and going about our daily business we often encounter women that we consider attractive. Most times we just keep moving though as there is always something that needs doing or some place we need to be and we might not even notice her in the crowd. Besides, we're a stranger and most of us don't want to be a c…

Either she's with someone, single and bitter (and you're reminding her), or single and fine with it (and you're reminding her of the bullshit she's not having to put up with).

I agree that you need to move past texting ASAP. It's a terribly dry mode of communication. You really want to get face-to-face (or mask-to-mask), but even a phone call is better. When texting, just get a conversion going and FFS don't send any dick pictures. As soon as you're talking, suggest coffee or a phone call.
