Court says no. The 6 million was decided by taking the 24 years he was in prison, multiplied by $80,000 (I guess thats about how much they think he could have earned per year? not sure on that). But he doesn't get the whole $6 million up front. He received a lump sum of about $2million, and will get a check for about $11k per month for the rest of his life.
