Yup. I had a conversation with a friend recently and she cried at one point and kept changing the topic to things that were only tangentially related as evidence for her side of the conversation. Every women I've worked with has issues being consistent. They all have the capacity to be good, some even great, at their job I never knew who was coming to work any given morning. Was it my hard working smart coworker? Or a child who somehow forgot basic job skills over the last twelve hours. This more than anything else is why I don't hire women.
