1	How to fix "rape culture": Teach women not to throw their babies in the dumpster I think you underestimate the stupidity in the world. At some point someone has to tell people it's bad. Luckily most people know it's bad. But if your parents don't teach you. They don't teach it in school. Or if your parents or close friends or family members rape you as a kid, you might have a messed up idea about it. Sadly most people who rape were raped or assaulted as kids. If it was up to me, you would have to get a license to be able to have kids, everyone should just be sterilized in some way until they pass the test and get a license. To pass you don't need much, you need to be drug free, have a place to live, know how to change a diaper and have enough money to buy the necessities the baby needs to survive.
