The guys a teacher. If he doesn't want to call transgender kids by their preferred pronouns that fine but this is his job. The school has a clear policy. He has only himself to blame. It isn't that hard to set aside your personal beliefs for a job. The school might have gone too far for firing him after an apology. This is his job. You do what your job expects. I also fail to see how this has anything to do with men's rights. This could happen to anyone

Thats my entire point. Our court system is an ideal. It won't be perfect. Weinstein has enough money to afford good lawyers to defend himself. I have no doubt that the findings against him will be true. Whether that be innocent or guilty. However, the mrm should not be a conspiracy movement seeking to find innocence in men like Harvey. Instead our efforts should be focused on more important issues. An example would be the awful college review boards for rape, assault, etc.

About time. So you have one case where the judge failed an innocent man. What your article fails to show me was the accusation. Accusations are evidence whether you like it or not. If in court the accusations hold up then he will be found guilty. If he did use spies to silence his victims then he will be in even larger trouble. I see no point defending this man or even trying to pretend that he is anything short of a manipulator. Its ridiculous. There are cases of false accusing but it's mostly on college campuses. To be honest. In my opinion if you are a guy and you have sex with a drunk girl then you fucked up. I'm saying its right to be accused of rape but you have to take responsibility. Drunk sex is now considered rape. Its time to adjust. In Harvey's case I doubt the accusations are false. Its not easy to get a conviction in court.

More evidence will come out in the trial and there has already been evidence. Witness accounts is legal evidence. Rather you consider the account to be dubious is up to you but it is evidence. What do you think they will find after all this time? A video recording? The problem with older cases is evidence gets lost and now the case must be based on the victims account of his actions.

I have seen nothing to convince that Weinstein didn't do it. The case is pretty clear in my opinion. I don't think it's surprising that Hollywood was full of shitty people.
