Either that or just get a friend with benefits, it's just as easy as starting a relationship. It's simple, get to know a women just like as if you were dating her but just tell her you don't want a relationship or anything serious. Most women will still continue seeing you if they like you or want you as a BF. If the ask if you're seeing anyone else just say no, your not in a relationship and not obligated to tell the truth.

You know, this guy at my work is in his mid 30s, let me just say I dont think hes the most attractive guy at all. But hes always so happy, so friendly and out going, hes dated many women at work alone. Including some real attractive ones. You should try no fap. Its a great self improvement tool, but at first its frusterating for sure. But to answer your question I would say once every second or third day if you still want to have some sort of drive and energy. Performance enhancement can be done way better without drugs. Look at other cultures where theirs dedication to education and work. Here in the west a lot of parants really dont give a fuck. Other cultures have their kids go to school for 14 hours a day, years of manditory military service before becoming an adult. Im not fat or muscular just real fuckin skinny 6ft and 140 pounds with a boggle of 138 - 43. My most was 150 but I just kinda had a small gut. Back to 140 the same weight as I was when I was 16.
