I didn't write the petition so I have no say in the wording, and in retrospect my title is a bit misleading. The actual petition is is much more geared toward a more inclusive definition.

I think the idea is more to bring up that the current definition of forced penetration is lacking. It isn't like the petition says "this is the perfect wording - take it or leave it".

Something I find interesting about this idea that men can't rape that is perpetuated by Feminism is that it both implies that women are week and thus cannot rape, and perpetuates what they themselves would call "rape culture" (the belittling of rape to the point where people are jaded by it).

I think the popular agreement would be yes. Within a certain amount of time before a legal abortion can be administered I would say the man must opt out of father hood. That said, it needs to be clear that the man knew of the pregnancy before this time.

I disagree with the videos premise that Feminism is the cause of misandry. I think that gender roles that have existed long before the Feminist moment have carved the way people believe men should be. Strong, fighters, breadwinners. All of these things pigeon hole men into certain careers and lifestyles and paint the picture for how society views us. Feminism is just hurting our ability to break out of our gender box.

I'm not even sure that I'm willing to go that far, but I would say that drunk sex is a complicated issue (more complicated then it is made by feminist) and that, from what I've seen, it is a lot more exceptable for a sober girl to harass/fuck a drunk guy than the opposite.

You could probably just change "she's drunk" to "he's drunk". I think that illustrates the parallels a bit better as the original is trying to point out that it isn't okay to have sex with a woman while she is intoxicated.

I agree, and I feel this is a harmless thing for feminist to be pushing for. Hell, women are treated unfairly in terms of sexual activity. I think a much better example of "What happened?" would be the first picture paired with the SCUM Manifesto...

Perhaps I wasn't as clear as I intended in my first comment. First of all I agree that there is an increasing amount of calls for violence coming from feminism, I wasn't trying to argue that this isn't the case. The point I was trying to make, which I still feel you miss in your comparison to Islam, is that feminism is a very broad reaching movement and I disagree with labeling the movement as a whole as violent. I can see where he is coming from, but I'm not a huge fan of how he attributes these incidents to feminism as a whole. Aren't those type of generalizations what started this in the first place. I know for a fact that there are many feminists out there who would and are appalled by calls to violence.
