2	How to use Social Media to your advantage. I've had success with adding someone on Facebook, striking up a conversation (being sure to mention that the person and I have mutual connections), and then asking them out to lunch. It's safe, not too intimate, and casual for them, reducing the risk of flaking. Lunch is also a good icebreaker, allowing for normal conversation flow/easy, flowing escalation.
