2	Filling a monk mode schedule? Go to the gym, even if you don't like it. You may never learn to like it, but you should be able to learn to appreciate hard work at something, and of course the results. As for the rest of your time, read books, the entire sidebar, anything you can get your hands on. Teach yourself a (another?) new language, learn how to code. Pick up a new hobby. 2	How to get over the overwhelming nihilism and depression caused by TRP? Just because many use TRP philosophies as ways to get laid as much as possible, doesn't mean there aren't other uses for it. The less vocal majority consistently uses the ideas presented to improve their current or future LTRs. Also to say AWALT in that they will always cheat seems unfair. When a woman cheats it's because her current partner isn't doing the right things in order to keep them faithful.
