8	Can someone in the comments explain how this works? If 2 people drink, then those 2 people consent to hookup. Then there was consent. "Drunk Jake must be accountable for his decisions, but Josie is incapable of being accountable for her decisions" is basically what it says. If she isn't mature enough to be accountable for drinking and hooking up, and cries rape, then she shouldn't be allowed to drink.
