It's this thing that's been happening for the longest time. Teenaged white girls don't feel oppressed anymore so they latch onto something else to keep that oppressed status. It used to be bisexuality and depression. Then it was being trans (and it still is, just they went to claiming to be non-binary since it's less effort and requires less proof). Now it's more popular to have ASD, ADHD, or DID. There are even some out there who think they're oppressed for being fat.

God I hate the pro-self diagnosis there. It takes a trained professional and hours of testing to really determine if you have autism or something else. But sure your 15 minutes on Google and all those tiktoks you've watched are perfectly adequate.

We can push for policies that protect women's bodily autonomy and grant them more control over their medical decisions. I've heard that in many instances a woman cannot get medically sterilized without a male partners permission while a man has more ease in getting medically sterilized (of course there are still barriers) and I think that's fucked up.

I am an asexual/aromatic man. I actually have a passion for cooking (I have a very large collection of cookbooks) and clean and maintain my own apartment. I have a roommate (who is a woman) who can only cook ramen and only cleans the house if I ask her to. I'm currently in the process of buying a house which I intend to live in by myself until I'm old and gray.

I'm ftm and for all intents and purposes was a girl until I figured out I wasn't when I was 18. Growing up, aside from a few school bullies, men were very nice to me. Women, on the other hand, were not. I have insecurities, self worth issues, trust issues, and attachment issues that I still deal with today. Am I gonna go around saying that all women are toxic and treat eachother like shit? Hell no. Just like men, there are some women who are shitty, but most are fine people.

I know, it's just lots of people seem to think it's ok to call trans men in general cute/soft/small because we are afab. It can be a dysphoria trigger for many men. Also, there are some of us who aren't really cute/soft/small. I'm 5'11 and almost 2 years on t. Aside for the people who knew me pre-t, no one knows I'm trans and I pass 100%. Yet there are still people out there who would call me a smol boy because I am trans while if I were cis they wouldn't. Its infantilization and I hate it.

Ok trans man here. The vast majority of us understand and are completely fine with people not being into us. We'd much rather have partners that are attracted to us despite what we lack rather than just being with us because they don't want to seem transphobic. The people like the ones in these pictures are batshit insane and don't speak for us (self-proclaimed "trans activists" rarely are anything but insane attention seekers). Don't be fooled by the loud minority.

Ftm here too. And yeah I definitely agree. Up until recently, women have almost always been awful to me. I even have trust issues towards women which I'm still working on. Men, aside from a few school bullies, have always been nice. (The boys bullied me for being autistic while the girls were "friends" but we're super toxic towards me because I was a pushover and "ugly") This is of course only anecdotal, but still.

I have a sort of interest in the HAES/fat positivity movement and this is very true. Almost all the posts I've ever seen are centered around women (and occasionally nonbinary people) with very few posts being geared towards men (you really have to hunt for them) and most of the time, those posts aren't made by men and are usually featured on blogs that are mostly made up of posts geared towards women. Could be, but I think there's also an economic reason. Weddings are expensive. People don't have money. I personally won't get married for a combination of reasons: if we divorce, she'd probably get more than her fair share, it's expensive, and I feel like if someone wants to spend the rest of their life with me, they can do that without getting the government involved.

Before transition and after, I was into girls. Never felt the need to date though so I've never been in a relationship with one. My advice, if it's worth anything, is to communicate clearly. If a woman isn't willing to be straight forward with you, chances are she won't if there's a problem in the relationship. Same goes for guys.

I say I was unattractive as a woman because I looked very masculine. Now that's working for me instead of against me. I'm also in a better place when it comes to my mental and emotional health. Other than getting slightly more attention from guys, nothing's really changed. (I'm straight but I guess I just give off gay vibes or something)

Therapy is great. Therapy should not be stigmatized. I believe that you should see a therapist even if you don't think you need one. Just having someone educated in that field to talk to can do wonders. Therapy is not for the weak or ill, it's for people who have the courage to take their mental health into their own hands. Not active at all. Trans groups I find tend to be filled with crazy people. There are few exceptions and even so only in groups that have a more traditional ideology (i.e. not believing in 72 genders, neopronouns, and other such bullshit). Gender is very much biological. It's brain sex. My gender dysphoria didn't come from society it came from having a male brain in a female body. If gender was a social construct than trans people simply wouldn't exist. Now certain things such as gender roles and how society treats men and woman differently is a social construct.
