1	Got banned from a family restaurant for not tipping... They deserve minimum wage at most! Male or female servers couldn't care less. Also the restaurant should pay that cause the food in Ontario is overpriced anyways. What servers should do is to demand their min. wage and make it happen OR get some actual skills and some motivation to find a job that not a half brain dead idiot can do.
