Okay can I get some further advice please things were going well I told her my intent she took it well and I got busy didn’t hit her up for a few days cause of finals. Bro does that even matter im ripped af atm with a super low BFP but my game has been shit and I’ve had no play recently due to inner game and dealing w anxiety and other shit. Definitely work on that but don’t beat yourself up over it there’s a lot more to work on and it could be a lot worse (:

Not pickup anxiety lol anxiety in general in all areas of my life thats why I been meditating for whatever reason i just feel like somethings about to happen and fuck up my life its irrational and i know it but its that bad. Getting a little better with the mediattiom tho not gonna lie. Ill check that book out anyhow sounds like a good read

What do you mean take action. I talk to girls i can be social but recently have devoloped an anxiety and have trouble dealing with it as its hurting my greatly in this area that is why im looking around for stuff that helps. What kinda action do you reccomend?

I will chevk those out thank you. In a way it has yes cause I have done pickup for a while and am decent. But recently i started devoloping anxiety which has lead to these issues. Meditating ive just started and it helps clear my head and with the anxiety a bit
