I'm 17 and can bench 250. I'm 200lbs, I started lifting at 15. At 15 I was 220lbs and I was all fat, about a year into my lifting journey I lost some fat, was 180lbs. I wanted to get stronger so I lifted more and ate more, now I'm pretty happy with where I am at. I lift 5x a week following a PPL set up. Been doing that since 15. I have shit genetics but heavy dedication.

I'd say a good start is reading The Enchiridion by Epictetus(http://classics.mit.edu/Epictetus/epicench.html), and Meditations by Marcus Aurelius (http://classics.mit.edu/Antoninus/meditations.1.one.html).
