I just think you have to assume that she expects to not worry about violence with a stranger who is a man bc she’s a woman, and that’s kinda ridiculous since it’s quite the opposite most of the time lol that’s just not reality when it comes to women and how they act around men they don’t know In a public setting it very much can be the reality. Sure if they are walking alone at night or something, its a very different story, but in a public place with lots of witnesses where they can be fairly s…

Nope, not at all. This sub used to be good. It used to have some funny content and was about actual equality. Now even the videos that show actual equality get turned into legitimate sexism in the comments. I even used to suggest checking this sub out to my friends. I'm embarrassed to be a part of it now.

Unfortunately it does. It didn't, but now they seem to have taken over

This post is dumb it has nothing to do with a pussy pass denial. If a man walked up like that in his road rage, the dude prob would have pushed him too. That is the pussy pass denial. The fact he would react like that to either a man or a woman. She assumed he wouldn't because she's a woman. Thats a pussy pass request right there. He denied it. There's no way she approached the car thinking she could take him if it got violent, so she aggressively approached assuming it wouldn't get violent BECA…

That constitutes "most ways"? 2?! Maybe women aren't doing too badly in the logical thinking category then if this is our benchmark

People clap for things like this all the time! Any time someone gets justice handed to them in public after making a big scene, people are likely to clap. I would have been surprised if people DIDN'T clap at this

I would argue the opposite. Not having kids is a very mature decision. Realising and accepting that you aren't in a position to support a child, or even just that you don't want to shows maturity. Overpopulation is a serious issue and if more people ignored social expectations and decided what they wanted for themselves we may be in a better place!

Now maybe that's not the legal definition here. I have seen other definitions, now that I looked a bit deeper, that are closer to yours. It seems more airtight from a legal perspective.

I got.my definition from the Metropolitan Police website who would most likely be involved with her arrest and prosecution. They state: "Rape is when a person intentionally penetrates another's vagina, anus or mouth with a penis, without the other person's consent. Assault by penetration is when a person penetrates another person's vagina or anus with any part of the body other than a penis, or by using an object, without the person's consent. The overall definition of sexual or indecent assault…

That's irrelevant. If there was no sexual intercourse, it was not rape. I'm not sure about the age factor in sexual assault vs molestation charges, but it isn't rape or statutory rape unless sexual intercourse occurs.

Probably because it wasn't rape. It was sexual assault. That and she's a woman so penalties are all reduced

Oh they aren't saying you're stupid for arguing. They're saying you're stupid for making stupid arguments.

Controversial opinion here but everyone on here abusing her for her weight are kind of proving the point that it's ok for her to be a dick about peoples height. Sure, she may have started it with that tweet, but she was called out already. Let it go

You're on the right side of this argument, but you need to stop before that becomes irrelevant

That's why subs like this get a bad name. It's meant to be about true equality, not how women suck.

Unless you’re being physically restrained You mean like someone having a vice-like grip on you balls?
/r/PussyPassDenied02/10/19 02:48 PM

If someone is squeezing your balls really hard and you punch them they will naturally be forced further away from you. That's not ideal given how attached we are to our balls. Punching her could have made his situation much worse.

So you genuinely don't believe that the average woman has less physical strength than the average man?

In a long conversation with damn near perfect spelling and grammar but with the one repeated mistake, English not being their first language is not my initial thought

I find it very difficult to take arguments seriously from people who don't know the difference between "woman" and "women"

Are they though? Can you link a source for that? I've never heard that before and can't find anything about it with an admittedly very very brief google search

No no no. It was a sexual relationship. Men rape.

I'm not a lawyer, so accidental maybe isn't the right word, but I know it at least means that it wasn't a planned deliberate attack. This was entirely deliberate, especially the second and third attempts

I don't get how no one is acknowledging that he was an innocent bystander in this until they drove into the sidewalk and hit him!
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/19 11:46 AM

You're absolutely right. That guy did nothing wrong and got hit by a car. He wasn't going after them on her behalf, he was going after them for nearly killing him!
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/19 11:44 AM

No, vehicular manslaughter would be if it was accidental through negligence or something similar. This was a deliberate attempt to hit them. That's attempted murder regardless of the weapon used
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/19 11:43 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
