1	Wage gap corrected for work-mortality rate Taking on a purely economic, unethical form: hours worked. A man who earns more per hour but dies younger may have a lower total value than a woman who makes less per hour but lives longer to work more hours. I don't measure the value of life in euros/dollars, but higher wages are justified if they serve to compensate for lower life expectancy caused by the associated work. Again: purely hypothetical.
