High productivity, low number of days taken off etc.) and then told to find out what other traits are commonly associated with the goal. 1	So.... it worked? To try and explain it simply. I work for HR in a company. In this company, most HR workers are sexist against women and favor men when hiring. This results in a much higher percentage of men in the most successful workers of the company. Feeding that data to the AI will teach it that since women are rarely best workers, then that trait (being a woman) is the common factor and should be penalized.
