The people operating the train don't give a shit, they get paid just the same. The only people that care are the weirdos that snap pics of random people and post them to social media and the big whigs in the corporate offices.
Bad faith is subjective you believe he is in the wrong, I honestly wouldn't give a shit. Also shaved myself this morn, nicked myself a few times with the ol' straight razor.
So I should care about every minor thing I do that might piss someone somewhere off. Nah, I have much better things to do, and I assume this guy had better things to do than worry about some random lady on a train taking his picture.
Or... hear me out, someone just wanted to be pissed at some random guy minding his own business going about his day on the train. Who's to say that their aren't 20 empty seats.
I can't fully vouch for the cop side of things, but for FF it was on the job tasks ie: lifting and raising ladders, pulling hoseline, using tools to vent a roof, breaching a door, walking with heavy loads, pulling ceiling. It was very physically intensive, but you'd be surprised the types of people that do complete it successfully.
Oh yeah, for Indiana at least all you need to do is pass the CPAT and PERF physical. The CPAT is actually pretty damn difficult to get done in good time and the PERF physical is also very extensive. As long as you get past those your good. There definitely needs to be an overhaul to promote and maintain on the job fitness instead of just a single yearly test.
