That whole women and children first thing doesn't normally happen. It's just a romanticized notion with no real basis in fact outside the odd exception. It's normally just everyone for themselves.

Yes, grabbing someone's ass is sexual assault. You are physically assaulting them in a sexual manner. Rape is normally under it's own category although sometimes I notice it being conflated with sexual assault in some reports.
