Do you have any evidence that most women do all those things? It seems like a minority who actually put in a decent amount of effort, most simply slap on a bit of makeup and shave just like men do. Women are viewed as more attractive because valuable people are inherently viewed as more attractive, and women are naturally considered to have value whilst men have to earn it.

Guys aren't going to not go with a girl who has any of these traits if she's nice and attractive lol.

Prime Dicaprio wouldn't be rejected by half his partners if he asked them to take a shit on his chest. Doesn't mean most people should ask that of their partner.

Even in real life, there are far more expectations on the man to do the chasing, which is the hardest part of starting to date another person. Women are not expected to do the…

I think the resentment comes from the fact that many women want what they don't have themselves. So many women who lack ambition, or aren't high earners, want a man who is those things. It is hypocritical. This leads to women having higher standards that they themselves can reach, increasing the difficulty for average guys when it comes to dating.
