Ok my advice still stands if you can afford to talk to a doctor, I don't know what your country's healthcare is. Could be 100 different things affecting your mood, I'm not an expert

I was thinking anxiety since you don't talk to anyone, but maybe I'm not an expert

Go to a doctor, seek therapy/meds. It would be very difficult for a mentally healthy person to behave that extremely.

I get it, not trying to be mean. It's just because of the nature of red pill theory being so concrete that it doesn't really change much with time, so there aren't a lot of new posts of quality popping up anymore since everything's already been said-- so for someone like me who's been here so long, most posts on these subreddits are just people asking the same questions.

Nice that you're back, but this isn't really a specific situation like this subreddit is for. We all had to read the sidebar, all you can do is act-- like what do you expect us to say? Start from the top down; once you get to the bottom go back to the top.

Not a comment of value, downvote if you want, just kinda interesting I was thinking about what advice I'd give my younger self this morning in the shower. Different though, I'm in my 20s, was thinking of what I would have told my 10 year old self.

Why do we keep getting posts like this? This brings nothing new to the table, we've got the sidebar. This is like going to church and hearing the same message over and over; when you get the message, hang up. It's up to us to study and drill in the theory, we don't need the same points fed to us in these posts.

I stopped reading at the law of choice. We don't know that you choose what you think about for one, your brain constantly thinks. You choose to try to not think, thoughts will pop into your head out of your control. Life is the same way, it happens whether you think you're in control or not, because no matter what you believe, you're never in control of anything. Your thoughts and decisions do have the power to change your surroundings and impact others, but we're not gods; everyone has the same…

Preparing for success is different than what you're describing. Preparing for success is working on yourself in a more general sense. Being "prepared" in game is something you work to be, not something you do for specific situations. It seems to me what you're describing is more like jacking up your expectations, which can find success when comparing to assuming attraction, but in the long term, a high value person shouldn't be consciously analyzing these things.

We like to dwell in the past because, whether you believe it now or not, it's comfortable. The past, good or bad, gives us something to hold on to, and something to blame. Let go. I don't mean let it go in a cliche hippie way where the bad things in your life go drifting away in the wind, but let it go like it's the edge of a cliff and you're hanging by your finger tips. I believe it's better for you to embrace the fall than to get slaughtered while you're struggling just hanging there. We're go…

I don't care for the drama, but I'm following the story just until we find out if it's a full blown me too or not. I don't want another Louis Ck situation, I like D'Elia's stand up, and some of this is way more damning than Ck's allegations

It seems like many of the comments are from Gen Zs complaining about how everyone in our generation can't function without phones and connectivity, apologies if I'm overgeneralizing. I'm curious to know if you would say the same about yourself? If not, this clearly shows hope that at least some of us are interested in self improvement, no need to go completely black-pill. And I can tell you for a fact, there are still plenty of quality women beyond the memes and TikTok, don't give up so fast.

I'm not advising since it's illegal and expensive, but you should research microdosing if you haven't looked into it. Interesting alternative to amphetamines.

When I was introduced to the pill shit tests and frame were two concepts that I did not understand at all without experiencing it myself. People have given some good advice, but don't put too much thought into it. If you have the right mindset, passing shit tests should come naturally with experience.

OP never said she's refusing to take plan B. I'm just saying slipping it in a drink without her knowledge shouldn't be the go to move. And I'm being completely honest, I would never consider it, that's a pretty wild cop out. I'd be able to convince her especially if I'm coughing up the cash for it.

Illegal? No, I'm not saying don't have her take plan B, just slipping drugs in drinks is bad advice, super scummy. Real men don't do that.

Yeah, definitely harder to fall asleep. I love the dreams that come with breaks though, so vivid. You get intense dreams because your body is making up for the lost REM sleep that cannabis suppresses. So not only are you not used to dreaming, but the dreams are turned up to another level. I used to take just short breaks for a few days specifically for lucid dreaming. I think a lot of my negative symptoms came from my underlying anxiety issues though, so their more just anecdotal info to think a…

Just some things to keep in mind if you're actually going to go through with quitting. I went from multiple times a day to cold turkey without doing any research. I just assumed since they say it's not addictive in the same way as nicotine or hard drugs that there wouldn't be any withdrawal. For the first week, I was having severe panic attacks, sharp chest pains, and tension headaches. I didn't even realize these were withdrawal symptoms, I was so confused. I smoked once that next weekend at a …

That's not what he means by sweet. A short and sweet interaction means it's good because of how efficient his interactions are, being both of good value and brief -- not anything to do with content being presented in a feminine way. Example: saying "Ok, I understand" would be considered short and sweet even though he's not being sweet to her. Your advice is good, but kind of ignorant in the context.

I assume she took psychedelics just to get messed up or for fun, so yeah, from her def a red flag, but I hope you don't discount their beneficial abilities in the right setting. They let you see your own life objectively from a vantage point. The red pill is all about self awareness. If the "red pill" were not a metaphor, it would literally be LSD; we see things as they are, not how our upbringing has taught us.

The problem is more with the nice-guy friends who will cockblock you and console your girl acting like she's their friend too. I think it's more about ditching bad friends, who all just so happen to be beta.

Probably not, plus you're only 19. No way you can afford it; if you can, that money should go towards an education-- set some goals and do what you can to achieve it, a decent hooker will set you back some financially for not that much reward. Just irresponsible in my opinion, unless you're already loaded with a good career path (in which case you will be able to find girl's without having to pay them).

I recently started working at a club. My job pretty much consists of work for the first couple hours then partying the rest of the night with free drinks, so I've been getting a lot more accustomed to clubbing pretty quick. I find it's only soul crushing if you go with any expectations other than having a blast. When it comes to girls there, I rarely get results other than a couple numbers and some dances, so if you're the type of person who doesn't enjoy the loud music and find it hard to have …

I wouldn't exactly call it a negative, I'd just rather have a better vocabulary. Most people my age can't get through 3 sentences without cussing, I'm just glad I don't have that habit.

Good question. There are a lot of aspects that I think have been beneficial, as in I feel like I have good morals, I don't swear, and I'm open-minded about lots of people's views. I'm in a really weird place right now though. I'm still very spiritual, but with my personality, some parts of practicing Christianity just made me depressed. I'm just honestly taking a break and trying to be happy right now.
