As a women your feed is an echo chamber of “all men are scum” even if you don’t believe such things it’s spoon fed to you over and over. I’ve never understood the idea of replacing male characters with a female gender-bend of the same character? As a women, yeah it would be cool to see more female characters but they have to be well written and them being female has to have some sorta intention behind it for the sake of character development. Changing a already established male character to female is just lazy. It spits in the faces of everyone who worked to develop the male character and everyone who loved him.

Not at all! It’s flattering when done the right way. I honestly think more men should be able to experience the flattery more often. I think the stage of development is crucial for kids when parents split up. I can see significant consequences if a kid has always known a split house even going forward to when the kid is 7. But I think anything past then the child should do just fine if both parents make a legitimate effort to be in the child's life.

I second that, I have a bunch of girl friends who didn't have stable father figures in their lives and now look for validation in most men. But I don't think a family has to be necessarily traditional to achieve this. Even after my parents split when I was 11 my dad continued to support me and reassure he was always a phone call away and continues to do this. I think what matters most for girls in my own personal experience is for a girl to know her dad truly loves her.

You’re right it’s very illogical, but unfortunately it does happen. Those men with “behavioral problems” the ones who have a resentment towards women because they feel entitled to her body or her time; that resentment is a catalyst for hatred.
