Is there an account of women being prosecuted by this without confessing? It seems like a hard thing to prove either way. I mean even if you have video footage of her going home alone, she can still say that she was distressed/traumatized when giving the statement, and it actually happened before or after the video was shot.

I don't grasp the right the boyfriend has to father someone elses child. Judging by the amount of peadohysteria today I would have expected the court to shut him down at once. But then again the child is male. Also fuck this douche, actively contesting the custody of a child he has no right what so ever to keep.

It's still annoyingly idealistic to expect the world to change, because some random guy complimented your ass. If the girl in question wasn't a professional victim she would deal with it.
