| 2 | Son, 5 yo Not doing well with divorceCorrect. If there’s a later custody hearing down the road the therapist can offer his/her take to the judge in various ways. You can also get a guardian ad litem, which is the court basically providing your child with his own attorney. That knife cuts both ways though, so if you don’t run a tight ship in your own home around substances, schoolwork, etc. enter with caution. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/10/24 11:52 PM |

| 1 | Son, 5 yo Not doing well with divorceIt doesn’t have to be abuse. It just has to be clear to the therapist that your son has a better life when he’s with you more. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/10/24 06:37 PM |
| 2 | Son, 5 yo Not doing well with divorceIf you use a therapist, you can document his behavior and how she is treating him to get more custody. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/10/24 05:58 PM |
