Well if my fish buddy was just hooked and reeled in, I'm going to be careful what I tell the fisherman. That way I don't get hooked next
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/26 09:03 PM

Women typically don't want to admit to what they actually like. It's less about the fish being a fish and more about the fish is dishonest
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/26 09:00 PM

Don't ask a fish how to catch a fish

I'd argue it's a people loneliness epidemic. Men and women are more disconnected to their support networks than ever Your quotes just show bad faith and a distaste of men. Yet we sit here and wonder why men are taking a step back from women

With a tag like selfmade Chad I'm going to question the source a bit more than usual. Transcending isn't a word I would use in the arena of red/blue pill. Red pill is a broad term. Not subscribing to the dating marketplace theory is a fairly normal thing but doesn't by any indication mean you have transcended the red pill

It sure has. There is a reason things were quarantined, so it didn't continue to catch on and grow into what it could have been Instead, we get this bullshit I see people calling TRP
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 11:36 PM
1

You're reading the wrong RP stuff Maybe on purplepill debate because you're supposed to bring your opinion and people tend to disagree
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 11:26 PM
2

RP men don't care enough to do that. It's more about offering an alternative to men who are unhappy with their current situation. Whether that be love, work, life etc Provoking people is not something that was ever brought up when I was becoming RP. Maybe provoking guys who need that extra punch in the gut to realize they are wasting away But definitely not just for entertainment
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 11:24 PM
1

I'm talking red and blue. Black is something try-hards think they are Anyone who is RP doesn't care about validation
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 11:22 PM

I'd hate to incorporate having good/bad parents into either of these pills or philosophies. Maybe having a sister or sisters growing up but I don't think parents play too much of a factor
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 10:57 PM
3

Your cousin doesn't sound RP at all. If you're aware that he is, he is breaking the first rule. He sounds aware but not practicing Typically a RP man doesn't complain (beyond just the little things) as he knows that doesn't get him anywhere Your RP experience sounds like it has been a majority online or interacting with your shitty cousin
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 10:54 PM
1

That's a wild claim. Although it's entertaining that people have such a strong view that can be anti RP It's not often a RP man has such an opinion of BP other than "it just doesn't work for me"
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 10:15 PM

Agreed. Real life RP and internet RP are completely different things in my opinion I come to this sub sometimes and wonder where this new Internet RP philosophy comes from

Does there need to be a phase two? These men that you're describing probably had multiple kids and built a family only for their wives to get bored and leave them. They are more than content focusing their time on themselves and their kids without the need for a woman in their lives

/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/26 05:17 PM

Agreed but there's a lot of men who don't learn this naturally growing up. TRP can help them develop the frame to create these things within their relationships

Always nice to see comments that reaffirm these principles

But the patriarchy! This comment proves OPs post is accurate
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/26 04:12 PM

The comment said, "you're blaming men for women's inability to qualify men in the dating sphere" OP responded by saying the commenter was dodging accountability. She's delusional if that's what she gathered from reading that How is it a man's problem that anyone else has issues qualifying a potential partner?

I do appreciate that we can connect with friends who have moved and grown their own lives but I do miss the shared experience of hanging out and gaming together in person It might just be the simpler times I miss. I'd argue the income is less of a factor than emotional stability for a younger woman looking at an older man I'm 30+ and was dating a 24 year old. She mentioned she didn't like dating men her age because they whined and complained a lot. Older men who make decent money don't do that nearly as often if ever

Not PUA necessarily but I'm sure there is some overlap You definitely need to be able to have some "game" when you're talking to women you do not know. But that "game", at least to me, is different for everyone and you need to find what's authentic to you

The argument is proving my issue with the redpill. Well it proved very little to me. Nice try, I guess Your whole post was about how men ruin themselves over their pursuit of sex...you then go on to list how they ask women for dating advice (we, actual RP men, all know that is a thing to do), how they don't shower and smell (what the actual fuck?), they somehow think they don't need to be attractive (you're kidding with this one, surely) Had I taken your post seriously, I just never would have c…

That means they’re acquaintances or someone’s not paying attention. I learned how to quote, cool Okay, but if someone is just trying to have sex and the other person doesn't read that correctly that could also mean someone is not paying attention Your next argument will be something like "then the man/woman is just intentionally deceiving the other person" That happens all of the time in relationships at every stage First of all, many of them cant fathom that their felon bully has alot of female…

Let's go back to nuance... Clearly we were talking about dating relationships, right? Or was your post talking about sons, uncles and brothers who are trying to fuck their female family members? Somewhere along the way, you started bringing up moms, aunts, nieces and something about Alabama Not a statement, it is my opinion (crazy concept to understand). You can talk to and get to know someone for years and still not know: How they handle stress Their personal ethics How they treat people Communication style How they handle life The broad view you're painting about what sex means to people is false Not everyone equates sex with orgasms. /r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 10:46 PM

I'd argue against that. From my experience, women in my life have complained about men in their lives being needy, whiny, not "manly" enough for years. Those women are no longer with those guys You're out here bringing historical contexts and regions of the world and ignoring the fact there are countries with laws to keep the relationship dynamics similar to what I am mentioning Sure, there are happy couples who aren't worried about gender roles. And that is more than okay but I'd say there is s…

Again, nuance. In terms of men and women who are dating, I feel (from my actual lived experiences as a man) that a relationship can be deepend by shared intimacy (read sex). Nowhere in there (or on a previous comment) did I say men cannot understand women at all if they are not fucking. That was part of your jumping to conclusions I mentioned You literally can. I don't think that is the premise of the conversation, but okay we can agree on that. That doesn't take away from my opinion and lived e…

You are insufferable and I'm sorry Yes I like sex. Yes I think it helps deepen a relationship between two people. Yes you can have a deep relationship without it. All of that can be and is true Your opinion is not the only one that is correct. Welcome to a debate sub reddit, where you're supposed to be able to hold someone's opinion without attacking them. I suppose that is asking a bit too much

"Just be yourself" is absolutely great advice in my opinion. The problem with it though is that a guy will be himself in all aspects but then hide his sexual desires for the woman he is with Not all, but a majority of men and women want someone to have sex with consistently who is safe, kind, attractive, etc. Men fool themselves thinking that is a bad thing and she will judge him the wrong way With a lot of the comments I've been receiving, I can see why men do that. There is so much push back o…

You're all over the place and jump to some wild conclusions It is not a get my dick wet statement. To be honest, you're a woman commenting on a man's point of view and we just aren't going to see eye to eye from the tone I'm gathering but I'll do my best Sex is easy to get for everyone. Healthy relationship dynamics have shifted. We have men being women and women being men

So many top 1% commenters who bring absolutely nothing to the conversation And you're complaining about this sub? I'm a 30+ year old man, the most successful RELATIONSHIPS I have had started when I didn't suppress my desire and we had sex early on in the relationship My worst outcomes were when I dodged around my desire and she lost interest because I was just too nice and didn't see her desire in me I'm glad you're married too, happy for you to have that in your life. That was obviously a rhetorical question Sounds like those men are looking for someone to complete their lives. That is a big expectation to put on someone else I'm not disagreeing with your reasons to be in a relationship or that men are looking for them right now. All I'm saying is I think that is backwards and a big factor in modern dating feeling broken for so many people
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 09:13 PM
4

Men should do both. Look for them prior to and after sex. Realistically men and women should be doing that I'm saying that women (and men) hide themselves and being intimate helps lower barriers to uncover much of that. If you're just going on dates and hanging out things stay surface level Do we not agree relationships get deeper or more intimate once you start having sex? We seem to just be ignoring that aspect?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 09:09 PM
7

To think you're a top 1% commenter in this sub and you respond to comments without any nuance Men won't really know a woman until they are intimate in their relationship. Sorry to give you the harsh truth Sure you can get to know them beyond that prior to sex, but there will always be walls, barriers or a facade Redpill helps men get sex. It is not all about sex. Maybe the current reddit redpill content is but the stuff I learned from was absolutely not

/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 08:59 PM

If they aren't, they should be. Exactly why TRP should be shared more often I'm sure there are plenty of desperate men out there What does a relationship bring to my life that I don't already have?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 08:51 PM
7

Well if I don't enjoy the sex, that is a deal breaker for me personally. I would argue that should be true for most people but they tend to overlook that and then regret it later
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 08:39 PM
1

Correct. That's what redpill does a good job of, helping men get the sex they want before the relationship. Men are the gate keepers of relationships and women the gate keepers of sex. This is a healthy dynamic that is missing in many modern relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 08:36 PM
10

Because the premise of the beginning stages of a relationship is sex. As a man, once you have that from a woman, you start to discover the reality of the relationship and her. At that point you decide if she fits into your life Redpill is not all about sex, but I do appreciate that it helps young men value themselves enough to get sex and then grow from there There are too many men that think they need to wait to fuck her because "she's different" or "not like that" and they hide their desire
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 08:15 PM

Click around on theredarchive.com I believe the hate and misogyny comes from women not wanting to accept some of what TRP says is the truth. Some of it can be harsh so I understand that In my experience, TRP has made a big difference in my life in terms of navigating relationships and dating women. Primarily because it helped me put the focus back on myself
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/25 06:58 AM
5

I'd agree with that in terms of what you see on Reddit being the truth. Getting laid is the primary goal going through a lot of these comments I'd say that is more PUA focused True RP, in my opinion, is self growth/mastery and becoming someone you're proud of. If women are a part of it great. If not, you're more than likely getting laid without even trying anyways The RP material (not on reddit) is a real gold mine for young men if they dig for it. Happy to share resources if you're interested i…

/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/25 06:50 AM

What have you been reading? Women are a lagging indicator. TRP is about self ownership and growth. The relationship is the last piece. So if it stays great, if it goes great

Not going to be a happy relationship for either person
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 12:18 AM

Agreed. I'd say the biggest struggle is that getting women (short term) is primarily masculine traits. Where as keeping a woman around has some to do with the feminine traits. This is what makes it such a challenge for men who are good at getting laid, but maybe not good at maintaining relationships. At some point you have to combine the traits for a relationship, which can be difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 04:25 PM

Stopped after your second paragraph to type this, it's not about turning ourselves into something other people want. It's about turning ourselves into something we are happy with. Blue pill doesn't encourage growth nearly as much as you claim.
