3	Crowded areas Hey bro. Take it step by step. Try rating from 0 to 10 the situations that scare you the most. For me e.g. 1 would be looking and smiling at a girl in the street while wearing sunglasses. And idk, 8 would be approaching a group of three and asking for the number of one of them.
