1	Couples with unbalanced sexual histories. I'm a guy that usually has much more experience than the women I date. I "get passed it" by never going there. When the number subject comes up, it always seems to come up, I just say that, "I've slept with at least two other women but no where near a thousand". That seems to work, I've never had one pursue it past that point.
